Yay! Were getting closer, just take your time man I'm sure it's worth the wait in the mean time I finally got off my ass and downloaded all the old Episodes and supercards onto my external hard drive since I'm getting an iMac for Christmas,as a present from myself...well to myself!

Somewhat related to PD2008. The theme song "Saints of Los Angeles" by Motley Crue was nominated for the Best Hard Rock song Grammy today. Looking what they're up against I think they can pull it off, considering they have never won one before. (after that whole Jethro Tull fiasco way back when)

12/5/08 All right, here's what's been going on with me these past few weeks:
-Thanksgiving over here in the States. Had family over. Let's see, that's...Thursday through Friday.
-Final Project in my Video Production class over here at UB. Had to shoot it on Saturday and Sunday, then edit on Tuesday night until Wednesday morning (from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next morning, non-stop). 15 hours right there. None of that editing time was PD-related.
-Sabres game against Nashville on Monday night. Got back at 11:00 PM and by that time, I was dead, so no work for me that night.
-Wednesday night was hell, as I had two exams on Thursday, my last day of normal classes for the semester. Cram city.
-Tonight, it's the same damn thing. I'm at work until 2:30 and have a work-related party at 5:00 at a local bar that'll at least book me until 1:30 AM.
-Saturday, I have family from Toronto stopping by, but who knows what we're doing yet.
-Next Tuesday, I have one final exam I have to actually drive my ass to school to attend.
That leaves Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of next week for URWL time. So please, don't complain.
If all goes well, I'm thinking ETA next week sometime just because I have more time on my hands thanks to the semester being over. I have more important things in my life to worry about, guys, and this should shed some light on what my schedule's like and why I have to put the URWL on the back burner. Trust me, it's fun to make these events and I wish I had all the time in the world to sort this stuff out. This coming week should be good progress-making time.

Thanks Fuse, although I think there could be negative effects. Sometimes I think it may come across as advertising rather than just letting people know what's happening, and people, in a sense, may get MORE worked up because of these updates. But what you said in your post is my true intention: to let people know just how it's coming along and having people understand that the delays are not because of laziness. That statement couldn't be farther from the truth.

12/16/2008[/u] It's Tuesday. Got some other promo-related stuff to finish up tonight and Wednesday, then Thursday, it's onto PA announcer stuff and compiling and rendering the entire event. Then, either late Thursday, Friday or Saturday (depending on any hangups I may have) it's PBP commentary and the final event export. Afterward, it's going to upload. I'm aiming for this weekend, so get ready, guys, it's almost here.

12/17/2008[/u] Promos are done! Only the intro and pyrotechnics are the only things that need to be done video-wise. Tonight or tomorrow I'll compile the event, then add PA announcing. Then, all that's left to do is render a big video file for commentary, and then announce while watching. This process could take the next couple days if all goes well. I'm thinking Saturday but it could very well end up on that "day of CAW events" if a hitch occurs.
