Weekly ROH TV Show on HDNet In The Works?

I found this rumor on the Operation Sports forums earlier today.

HDNet sent ROH a proposal for a one hour weekly show yesterday which would be the first bona fide TV offer the promotion has received. We'll have more if or when the deal is accepted.

This is from PWI journalist Dave Meltzer, so it seems like a legit report. Although I'm not really sure if ROH will accept this offer unless HDNet provides all the high-def production equipment they need. Because I honestly can't believe ROH will spend all that money on new HD cameras and production utilities.

Now that Gabe's gone, I hope ROH can still keep their philosophy of "wrestling over angles" going. Take that Lumberjack gimmick at the Markham show for instance...one of the first real instances of Wrestlecrap that I've seen in Ring of Honor...I hope Gabe's exit doesn't mean a drop in quality from ROH.

If your talking about Grizzly Redwood, the lumberjack gimmick is like the best thing that could have happened too him
as Mitch Franklin he was just a jobber in RoH. That's it.
now he's actually getting noticed and getting booked by other notable promotions, he's becoming quite the heel in Chikara
