GTA 4 was just ok. I seemed to have more fun playing Saints Row 2. Saints has more variety; GTA made me feel like i was playing the same level over and over, just with different cutscenes

WAY too early to be talking about GTA 5. I wouldn't expect it until the next generation of consoles.

GTA IV was a fine game in retrospect, and the downloadable content should be worthwhile, but it was a far cry from a 10.0 rating. Fallout 3, for example, is a much more immersive and complex title than GTA even is. But GTA has a lot of "little things" that separate it from 99.9% of the titles out there...for example, not skipping a taxi ride and looking at the scenery outside the backseat window is priceless, it shows you how much time the devs spent on the game.
