Yeah, the thread title makes it seem like we're signing autographs, but this post is completely serious:
Vince and I may be taking the trip across the border to attend the ROH show in Markham, Ontario November 8th. We may make a URWL sign (or the letters "U", "R", "W" and "L" cut out of posterboard) so you may be able to see us there. We haven't bought tickets yet, but we're planning on being there.
Anyone in Toronto/the GTA attending? If so, you may see us there.
Also, we'll be at Armageddon 2008 here in Buffalo this December, so if any of you are ordering it on PPV, look for a URWL sign somewhere in the 200 level.

Well, folks, this event blew every single wrestling event I've ever been to away. The WWE and WCW events I saw live don't even compare. Without getting too in-depth, this is my first time seeing Brian Danielson live, and I'm a believer. The dude is "for real". Nuff said. The crowd had a good time laughing at Jimmy Jacobs' haircut, bringing me to yell out "JIMMY EMO!". No one, of course, had anything to say about that one. Speaking of that, Jacobs's Dog Collar Match between himself and Austin Aries was great, one of the better "hardcore" matches I've seen in a while. The match between Necro Butcher and Nigel McGuinness, however, wasn't good at all. Necro's not the best wrestler without weapons and was wrestling on a bum leg, essentially making the match an old-fashioned brawl. Hopefully, the next match I see Nigel in will surpass this one, because Necro doesn't have what it takes to be challenging for the belt. I appreciated his effort, though, he could barely walk after the match. And although it doesn't compare to their match on the "Bloodstained Honor" DVD or the Man Up PPV, the main event between Steen/Generico and the Briscoes was great. Kevin Steen is the best big man in wrestling. Why? Let's just say the man can fly around a wrestling ring. All in all, it was an excellent show with only a few clunkers as matches. The better matches, however, completely overshadowed the weaker ones and essentially made my night in Markham the best night of wrestling of my entire life. If ROH ever comes to your town, don't even think. Just go. ...and, oh yeah, we didn't make a URWL sign. It wasn't needed. ;D

This show opened me up to Ring of Honor and the indy scene. Ever since Saturday I haven't done anything but watch videos of ROH, PWG, CHIKARA, AAA (I could go on forever.)
Anyways, I've finally gotten over the hump. I'm sick of WWE having lack luster matches on a PPV and settling for one decent main event. I'm not even going to bother with TNA because from what I have seen, it is nothing like what it used to be. I'd rather watch an amazing match then sit there and bitch about Mike Adamle, Great Khali, or whoever. If I may paraphrase the Rrrrrreal AAU Champwin. ..
ROH NUMBAH ONE, PWG NUMBAH ONE, WWE HAGH TUFF!

Sounds like it was an awesome show guys. I went to a local indy fed up the road in Lancaster over the weekend, and I have to say it was the best I'd ever seen. REALLY HARDCORE Main Event I'm talking a "South Carolina" Death Match and Jeez I think they almost did kill each other. There was one really funny botch earlier in the night when the table broke under the weight of the guy as he was put onto it everyone there laughed. All in All if ROH ever comes to Charlotte or Atlanta I'll be there especially now that I've got my License. ;D

I saw a ROH ladder match between the Briscoe Brothers and El Generico and another guy last year and it was the best match I have ever seen. Glad a good time was had by all, and I'd love to see wrestling live again I went there for WWF Capital Carnage in 98 lol and I had a lot of fun despite being in the nose bleed seats lol.
