The question "what if" get's thrown around in a situation where some body becomes a big star due to certin circumstances. It leads to the debate of what if that circumstance did not happen where would the guy who benefited from it be. So here's the simple question to keep this short sweet how different do you think the careers of current URWL Champion Jamie Emo's and the now self proclaimed "Greatest Wrestler Of All Time" Seth Stern would have been if Emo did not defeat Stern in there first ladder match for the URWL Internet Title at Asphyxiation 2007?

Jaime Emo would have remained in the midcard while Seth Stern was already destined to be who he is today.

I may have said this before, but Stern was supposed to retain at first. That ending was a total fluky thing in the game and was pretty much the best thing that could've happened at the show at the time it did. I decided to keep it and pushed Jaime based on that result.
Needless to say if it didn't happen that way, he probably would've languished in the midcard for a while. Barry White would still be the #1 URWL babyface character. Stern would've had a lengthy Internet Title reign and not gone to DWA "on hiatus" based on the Discontent 2007 feud with Commander. Chances are Stern would have likely been Champion already.
Then again, the URWL may not even have lasted past 2007. It was getting to the point where I didn't have any "hot" angles. Emo's win settled that instantly and gave me a lot of enthusiasm not only for the main event but for the rest of the show overall.
Not bad for a few fluky seconds.

I remember you did say that I think at one point. But if I may say when you put it like that it going back and watching it. Even though you have said the second one is the better ladder match with Stern/Emo. I think we can all safely say now all these years later that first ladder match is the most important match in the URWL considering what happened moving forward.
