In the wake of recent events, the RBN staff feels that it is necessary for us to clarify our stance on immaturity.
This community was established on maturity first and foremost. As such, the RBN will NOT tolerate immature behavior from members, no matter how senior they are. All of us are either teenagers or adults, and we expect for everyone to conduct themselves in a mature fashion while on this forum. "Flame" wars of any kind will NOT be tolerated and the consequences for triggering or participating in one will be severe, and range from a temporary suspension to a full IP ban.
In the future, if you come across a flame war do not respond to the thread (even if you're acting as the voice of reason) report the post, send a PM to one or all of us, and if you feel inclined message any of the RBN pages on Facebook and/or Twitter. We will get to the incident as soon as we can. Do not report the thread and then go back and "jump" into the argument!
Also be aware that this policy extends to the shoutbox and PM's. In addition, if you ever receive an abusive or harassing PM from a member of the forum, please forward it to us. Harassment in any form is a violation of our policy and the Proboards ToS, harassment will be grounds for an immediate IP ban.
We pride ourselves on the mature and open-minded community we have built around CAW, and we will do what is necessary to ensure that this community remains that way. This is not a kayfabe way of promoting ourselves, this is what we want and expect for this community.
