2013 was a up-and-down year for professional wrestling, and as always, the good folks at Wrestlecrap are committed to holding mainstream wrestling organizations accountable for those "down" moments. Last year, TNA's infamous "Claire Lynch" angle walked away with the dubious distinction. Can the floundering promotion make it two in a row? I vote for Dixie. God I hate hearing her voice now. It was a toss up between her and Brooke because somewhere down the line TNA fucked up. Multiple times.

I voted for Heel Dixie as well. It may have worked for Vince McMahon when the competition was regularly beating him week after week, but watching Dixie's new shtick just reeks of desperation. Even SWF and RBN's own Jackie Blue is more convincing and complex in a similar role. What does that say?

I liked it better when Dixie had a backstage role and we never had to hear any of her obnoxious promos. The storyline they are doing now is very similar to what WWE did during TLC. Two world champions, unifying them, backstage figureheads are involved siding with one of them.
Oh TNA, what other creative things will you think of next? I mean a steel cage ladder match? that's hard to beat. I have $20 they'll have a reverse battle royal/ Ultimate X hybrid next.

I voted for Dixie, I think the main problem with the whole angle is she doesn't have any experience in the business. As a result I really think she's gone to far with the heel persona a few times over the past few months. She doesn't understand there is a fine line between people booing you as a heel, and them being so fed up with your sh*t that they change the channel every time you're on TV. Honestly as a fan I don't dislike because she's a heel, I just simply don't want to see her and that is a big problem for TNA.

This is a front runner for me, but I never liked the Miz so I'm probably biased.
-TNA: Dixie Carter Heel Turn
Considering how the show has been for quite some time and public opinion, it made sense to have Dixie turn. She's as easy to hate at this point as shrill, early 2000 Stephanie or when Vickie turned.
-WWE: Total Divas
As much as I hate to admit it, the show was better than I thought it would be. That being said, it did make things on Raw & SD more difficult (i.e. considering Eva Marie a face, turning Kaitlyn heel due to not being on the show, TD being booked strong as hell etc.)
-WWE: Yodeling Antonio Cesaro
Didn't this only last a couple weeks? Truth be told, I completely forgot about it.
-WWE: Khali/Santino "Cobra Charming" Segment
I thought this was funny as hell.
-WWE: CM Punk Steals Paul Bearer's Ashes
It was a very heelish thing to do and gave some personal issue to the match. Also it gave us Heyman dressed up as Bearer, so I can't be mad about it.
-TNA: Brooke Hogan
So my vote would either be Brooke or Miz.

Definitely the Dixie Carter Heel Turn. Not even sure why CM Punk stealing the urn is an option - it made for a fantastic WrestleMania match build up, and gave you a reason to want to see Undertaker destroy Punk rather than it just been about the Streak.
But yeah, the hell turn for Dixie was atrocious. Like most things TNA put out these days.

I would have voted -- or at least given thought to --- "Rockstar Spud's Current Push" had it been nominated.
Though a part of me likes the idea that Dixie's surrounding herself with English wrestlers. It almost makes it seem like she's making a (gasp!) smart business decision by giving more screen time to people that are popular in Britain, where TNA seems to get higher ratings anyway.
