Lets say Vince (WWE), Dixie (TNA), or even Gabe (ROH), came up to you and asked what is one thing you'd change about their product and one thing that you'd leave alone, what would it be? You aren't restricted to only one brand for what you would change and keep the same. You can make a change in TNA and keep something the same in the WWE if you wish. I say one just so we can stretch this out into a long convo but once again, I'm not the boss of you if you wish to vent. Here goes.
I'd change Vince's philosophy on the need for large stars. Having been accustomed to large athletes people find it hard to accept smaller stars. Rey Mysterio had a horrendous title run as the World Heavyweight champion and got his ass handed to him by Khali on numerous occasions. With this trend we get a number of large bums wrestling that will never get over.
One thing I'd keep the same is TNA's style of wrestling with the X division. Not the story lines or their oh so gimmicky matches (although Ultimate X is a fantastic idea). Just the quality of the wrestling. They really entertain me.

WWE: Change: Booking and writing staff. Mainly because they put talent in the wrong place too frequently (e.g. Cena, Rey, Hornswoggle, Khali...while guys like Benjamin and Burke are jobbing). Leave: The match quality at Wrestlemania. Because gimmick matches doesn't instantly mean "good matches". Many of Wrestlemania's best matches over the past decade have been run-of-the-mill, standard, one-fall matches (Angle/Michaels, Michaels/Flair, Guerrerro/Angle etc.)
TNA: Change: The writing staff. Too many mishaps with certain characters creatively have led to some parts of TNA becoming a laughingstock. Leave: The X Division...only if they bring back more "no gimmick needed" guys. Other than that, the quality of matches here are top-notch...the two "best of the X-Division" DVD's really opened my eyes to this.
ROH: Change: Production Values. It's safe to say the URWL may have better production values than ROH. I know it's all about the wrestling over there but a bigger production budget will probably draw more people in. They don't really need things like fireworks, but if they get it to an "ECW on TNN" level, it'll be fine. Leave: Keep focus on "wrestling above all". Period. If they bog themselves down with gimmicks and angles the integrity of the league as a hardcore wrestling fan's league will be compromised.

WWE: Change: well there is alot but for the sake of it I'll take my biggest problem: The Diva's I would change the way WWE does women's wrestling, no more "Wet 'N' Wild' or "diva swimsuit contest" because they are just dumb IMO I'd have more like what URWL has with just straight and sometimes hardcore women's wrestling I remember the First ever women's cage match and I wish they had more of those I'd also have matches and not pay reguard to the face v Heel mentaility for I think Beth Phoinex vs. Natayla Neidhart would be excellent Keep the Same: I think WWE does suspense when it come's to angles better than anyone so I would keep that
TNA Change: Well again this is a tough one but really I think i'd change how TNA handle's their talent like when booker T arrived in TNA they gave him a big push almost imeadiltiy which i didn't agree with. I think they should hire more never-seen before talent and give pushes to athelete's like Kaz, and LAX Keep the same: I always liked that TNA angle's were simple and easy to follow. Unlike WWE which sometimes has very complicated angle's (the Edge and Vicke romance is hard to follow unless you watch it from the start) so I would keep the simplicity of the stories for it is easy to follow along if you only watch it once in awhile
