South Africa (Hosts) Mexico Uraguay France (2006 Runners-Up)
Group B
Argentina Nigeria South Korea Greece
Group C

Group D
Germany Australia Serbia Ghana
Group E
Netherlands Denmark Japan Cameroon
Group F
Italy (Holders) Paraguay New Zealand Slovakia
Group G (AKA THE GROUP OF DEATH)
Brazil North Korea Ivory Coast Portugal
Group H

i think england got a easy group , Algeria and the US will give them a run for their money but Slovenia will not be a problem for them. The Group G will be one to watch though, you have Brazil's megastars (Kaka, Ronaldinho, Fabiano) against Ivory Coast's Drogba AND Portugal's very own Ronaldo. This will be a fun World Cup

Very interesting groupings. Some groups have some potentially huge matches between former mother countries and colonies, which is always fun to watch (England/US, Portugal/Brazil) and in other groups, it's entirely obvious who will win.
I'm really excited to see the World Cup in South Africa and these groups should make things much more exciting.

Can't wait for this World Cup. Group G = El grupo de la muerte, LMAO. Káká rocks.
I will be supporting Portugal (of course), but nowadays, I like more soccer exibitions rather than who wins or loses.

I don't think that England have an easy group as in most world cups they'll struggle to get out of the group stages IMO. On paper England do have a strong team with great individuals, but as a team I really don't think we can tell until 30 minutes into each game. I think in the group USA Vs England has potential to be either the best match or the worst match in the group. No disrespect intended it just tends that two good teams can have an epic match or a scrappy one.
Personally I hate the hype they (The Pundits) give England for each tournament like the group stages for them will be easy, it is rarely that way for England.
I'd love for England to win the World Cup, however would I bet on them to do so? Not at all.
If I were to bet I would probably go for someone like Portugal or Brazil TBH the winner of that group would be favorites in my mind.

I am being perfectly honest here , I am English and I support them with all my life but if they go out my support goes to the American's. If England knock out USA then you should know that USA have became the 14th greatest soccer country in the world. England are 9th. GO ON ENGLAND!!! AND HOPEFULLY USA!
