Best Emo/Stern Match

Let's start another debate, people. Which match between Seth and Jaime did you enjoy most?

I'm probably going to be the dark horse when I say this, but Episode 9's match was my personal favorite. I wanted the match to be great without relying on plunder, plus I liked the "multiple Stars of David" ending, one of the only times multiple finishers in a URWL match made logical sense (*re-lives memories of bad YouTube era undercard matches*).

Sure, the endings of Emo/Stern "I" at Asphyxiation and Emo/Stern "II" at Popular Demand were among the finest I've ever captured (especially their Asphyxiation match which made me realize how much "Main Event potential" Jaime had) but I think overall, as a complete package, I prefer their Episode 9 match the most. Hardly any "hardcore wrestling" and a lot of logical chain wrestling in many parts of the match.

I don't care much for the early Emo/Stern matches on the early YouTube episodes because they were beatdowns by Stern IMHO. The Asphyxiation match really set this angle into motion and still plays a major role in the reason why their angle is the most important in the URWL at the moment.

So, what do you think? Which match is the best of the series between the two? How does the match you picked stand out?

EDIT: Oooops, forgot to add the 3-on-1 handicap match with Emo taking on !nterogative, Stern and the pre-Cyberpunk Jesse Slash in Episode 4 to the poll. If anyone liked that match the most (which may not be many people) then feel free to list it below and describe why.

Bumping my own thread but I sent this message in a YouTube PM to a viewer the other day. It expresses my opinion about the long-running "Emo/Stern Series" and which match I think is the best out of all of them.

BTW, he originally asked me what I thought the best Emo/Stern ladder match was (Asphyxiation's or Popular Demand's), and that's how this PM came about...

This is a tough choice but I'm going to have to pick the second Emo/Stern ladder match. The first had the best ending of any match I've ever recorded, and I credit it with making some of our more loyal viewers take notice back in 2007, but I think, overall, the second ladder match was a better-quality match. The first one was a mess at certain points and it kinda gets tiresome after a while. But then comes the ending and its nothing anyone expected and it instantly made the entire match better. The ending wasn't planned, it was a complete accident. I actually intended Stern to win but sometimes, though, those accidents lead to much better things, and that, in a way, is why Emo's champion now. I thought his momentum after that match was too important to waste and I put him in the title picture instantly.
The second match at PD2008 was tough to record because I couldn't think of a way to follow the first match up. It was pretty hard to make a sequel to the Asphyxiation match, so when the Ladder Match won the Popular Demand voting, I knew I had to come up with something equally as compelling or else I would never hear the end of it from the viewers. So like I said, although the ending isn't as good as the first match's was, the second match was, overall, much better paced, much more exciting and a lot more epic IMO. The first match was, by and large, a Stern squash until the ending...but at PD2008, I wanted to give each man equal footing until the very end, where Emo gets the last punch in and grabs the belt with Stern coming up short once again.

Out of any Emo/Stern match, though, the best one quality-wise IMHO was in Episode 9. It's a lot better paced than the PD2008 match IMO and was much more exciting to record. But that's just my opinion, I'm sure many guys out there would disagree.
