Is Emo really living in the shadow of Seth Stern, or is he a much bigger entity than even Stern is? Is he one of the more inspiring URWL wrestlers or just a one-match fluke? Am I going in the right direction with his character or is he just getting annoying?

I really like what your doing with the character. How he showed no "emotions" (hehehehe) in his match. You use all your talent very well. Exept for Tanao. But I have a feeling he'll pull a big upset at DM.

I honestly think that if Emo didn't win the ladder match with Stern(and you admitted that wasn't) he would just be a legit midcarder. Other then that, I have no problem with Emo at all. He's fine and I like his character. I am just certain that he can not beat !nterogative. I don't care what happend at Discontent, I still thing !ntero would have kicked out.

He's not that kind of "emo". Watch the Emo/Stern match in Episode 1, where I basically set the record straight about the last name issue: BTW, here's a bit of history about the Emo character from what I can remember... In 2002 (when Emo debuted in the UNW, a.k.a. the URWL post-merger with NOW, a friend's e-fed), the emo genre of music wasn't in the mainstream, and therefore didn't get attached the "wristcutting/whiny/depressed" stereotype that it has now. I guess his handler just liked the sound of the word as a last name in '03. If he was made in 2008, I bet you any money the handler would reconsider. Originally, his gimmick was a skate-punk and he was mainly a wrestler in the HighFlyer and Hardkore divisions. Then, there was a storyline his handler and I agreed on that centered around Jesse Slash (his ex-girlfriend back in his early days) breaking up with him, leading Emo to drink himself into a coma. When he "came out" of the coma after about a month, it ended the skate-punk gimmick and made him into more of an enigma...basically, his present gimmick. The highlight of his career back in the text-based days was an appearance in the three-way match at UNW Digital Mayhem 2003 against Anybody Killah and the (at that time) UNW Champion Dynamite Newton, which he lost. A month or so later, the UNW closed. |

I like the whole enigma Jamie emo , it's similar to Jeff hardy in a way without the reckless spot monkey tendeanicyes which is what I don't like about jeff hardies (yes hardies their all over CAW leauges) but you did a good job with him, when I first saw him I laughed at his name but I quickly changed my mind and he is one of faves now

Blame his handler (You remember the old "RP Rantboard" days, right? He was part of it). But now that I literally own the character I could maybe make up a "real last name" for him...but ONLY if there's enough demand for it. So far I think everyone who watches the videos is okay with the last name since they know he's not "emo".

i personally think the character is ok, but the name HAS TO be changed, make it something similar, so it was like he called himself that just cus his real name was so similar... and i think Stern is a far better character, probabaly just cus i favor heels ;D
