OJ-FWA's Champion's Soul Tournament is back underway! Travel difficulties (the logistical challenges of Johnny Bingo being shot into space notwithstanding) and a tough economy forced not only the temporary ceasing of the tournament, it almost put an end to the company itself! If it weren't for the quick actions of John "(C)" McKay selling a significant portion of OJ-FWA ownership to the Matsumoto Television Corporation, the company would cease to exist, and most of its roster would be unemployed.

OJ-FWA's Champion's Soul Tournament is now underway. It's purpose is to name a #1 contender for OJ-FWA's Sekai Ningen Kyuu title, currently held by AKi-Man, *AS WELL AS INTRODUCE A NEW TITLE, yet to be named.*
- Tournament is open to all weight classes (Junior, Heavy, Etc). Ningen Kyuu simply means Human-Class.
- Women may also compete (and have in past tournaments, though none have, as of yet, won)
- Will first be conducted in four round-robin style blocks, each with 5 competitors. The top 2 of each block will then be entered into a final 8-man single elimination tournament bracket, with the winner facing the champion at the next possible event.
- The matches will be decided via pinfall, submission, or KO (SWA Rules).
- If your character becomes champion, then it must be available to defend the title at any major OJ-FWA event.
- The blocks will be arranged thusly: Two blocks will consist of OJ-FWA talent, while the other two will consist of outside talent (any characters signed up, with the remainder of the spots going to random edits on my card)
NOTE: You may remember that I said that I would not be able to cap all the matches... well, after doing some experimental capping, I am happy to say that YES I CAN, DAMMIT, and I will ATTEMPT to do so every week (Notice I said attempt, so if it becomes impossible, I'll go back to the highlights idea). This means though I may have to cut back on some of my usual special features, like replays and what not, at least for these matches.
Here are screen caps of the 4 blocks. First, the 2 "outsider" blocks.
