Just switched over to a "Director" account on YouTube for the URWL. Because of that, we won't have any more annoying ten-minute limits on our videos. Episode 5 is coming in one week. Hold tight, London.

Hey Goldash didn't YouTube change it to where everyone can only post 10 minute videos?

I looked in the TOS for time limits and I couldn't find anything that said that there's a ten minute limit for everyone. I honestly hope not...if not, back to commercials, I guess.

Guess not...
That's according to YouTube's Help Center. Oh, well. More commercial breaks are on the way, lol...

The time limits can be a bit of a pain but the upside is it also builds up anticipation for the next part of the match for the viewer.

Doesn't affect me at all. I don't mind the ten minute breaks. But I've noticed that OWF gets away with posting long videos every so often. Even this week they have a show 35 minutes long on youtube. It was posted on April 11. In my best Hurricane impersonation "what'supwitdat?"

I opened the URWL Account on November 12th, 2006, when there were still unlimited time limits for Directors. Back then, though, to be eligible, you had to give them your name, home address and phone number. The TOS irked me, because if I did anything YouTube deemed infringed copyright, they would have my personal information on file and could send any lawyer's subpoena to my doorstep if they wanted to. It basically said so in the TOS.
