Many of you probably know me as "Rated". I have been a faithful member of the URWL Rantboard/Rantboard Network for about 8 years now and I pretty much went from suggesting Goldash to give Victor Cordaro a main-event push in the URWL to co-own a project with him and other fellow affiliates that took the CAW community by storm a couple of years ago.
Like many of you I was a CAW league enthusiast and decided to start a promotion of my own, despite knowing the hard work it took to one single person to put an in-depth show together. I went all-in for it, I did everything I wanted to do out of it except for the most important thing, which was uploading a full-length show to YouTube. It was either time constraints, change of direction or simply the lack of motivation to put put the pieces together, and it never ended up being done after all those years. And I don't regret it a single bit.
I could however create characters that I almost brought to real life with how much depth and detail I used to put into it from hours and hours of work and research, which unfortunately many of you didn't get to experience it fully. I was able to meet really awesome people throughout the years, while bumping into some people I'd rather have never met but that's the internet for you, you learn from your mistakes. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed the 9 years I was apart of the CAW community and I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat.
I know I've said before a couple of times that I was quitting CAW but now I'm leaving with the possibility of never doing this ever again. Ever since cutting ties with RBN about a year ago that I completely lost interest and joy in doing this, and despite my efforts of trying to get back on track it just wasn't working out for me, it hasn't been the same. I'd rather move on to something else rather than keep forcing something that is just not worth it for the time being.
I would like to thank Goldash and Devil for all the work we did together throughout the years, we created something unique. I would also like to wish the best of luck to the rest of RBN and fellow community members.
Take care,
Tiago.
