SUSPENSIONS INCOMING?
Following the events of the 7th episode of XWA Takedown, the Board Of Directors have demanded the immediate suspension of the superstars Crossbonez and Happyface as result of the series of attacks that they perpetrated over the course of the show, in particular the attack on Marco Juventus who suffered a broken tailbone from a superplex performed by Happyface onto not only the floor at ringside but a steel chair. Juventus, a member of the faction World's Finest has been put on injured reserve by the XWA's booking department and will be out of action for an indefinite period of time. CEO Carmella Blackheart has yet to acknowledge the demands of the board, calling their demands ridiculous, citing that "in the face of the maneuverings of both Victory Musashi and my brother Tyson, for them to want me to suspend the Riotsquad seems a little biased."
WHEREABOUTS UNKNOWN
In other injury news, we still have no information regarding the whereabouts or condition of Riot after the hit and run he suffered at the Solstice CPV event. Attempts to access the surveillance footage of the incident have proven unsuccessful. Eyewitnesses have confirmed that he stumbled out of the arena looking severely injured, but no hospitals anywhere in the Las Vegas area have any report of him admitting himself in for treatment.
XWA/VJPW JAPAN TOUR
We're excited to announce that the next televised XWA event will be a leg of it's tour of Japan alongside View Japan Pro Wrestling. This special episode of XWA Takedown will be live from the legendary Tokyo Dome and feature a Champion Vs. Champion main event, as current VJPW Champion Jung Suzuki with face the new XWA World Heavyweight Champion Krystian Fenix, in his first in ring action since winning the title at Solstice. Also scheduled to appear are Magnus Von Schwartz, Syrus The Entertainer and more. The final match card will be announced in our next update...so be sure to watch this space for more.
