ORLANDO, FL - It’s a tense locker room, as the superstars of the SWF begin to arrive in Orlando for the upcoming spectacular High Stakes. Of course, it’s usually tense this time of year. With nearly all of the roster involved in the annual High Stakes match, with a shot at the SWF Championship on the line, the superstars are usually bristling at each other going into the big event.
This year is different, however. This year… they’re bristling at someone else.
In a rare show of locker room cohesion, the superstars appear to be united against a common threat from outsiders. With Cory Jones’ hijacking of episode 15 of ReVenge and the response of Jackie Blue, telling all of the superstars of the RBN to simply show up at High Stakes, things are looking explosive in Orlando.
“I don’t know what’s going to happen, but it’s been a long time since I’ve seen something like this,” says Scooter Pondoff, one of the elder statesmen of the SWF locker room. “It’s kind of funny though, seeing the guys band together like this. I think the Kizzar/Andrews feud even cooled for half a second to address this.”
For now, at least, the war is relegated to Twitter. Cory Jones, recently joining twitter under the handle @legit450, has seemingly done his part to rile the SWF superstars up, but with Blue’s invitation on the table, things are likely to get more heated and a mite more physical before the dust settles.
“If you think you can just come over here to our show and challenge us, you’ve got another thing coming,” says SWF Champion Mike Kizzar.
Of course, the invitation leaves some questions. Cory Jones will, in all likelihood, accept and be at High Stakes, but Jackie Blue extended her response to all in the RBN. KENZO, of the Virtual Wrestling Association, showed up on SWF Xtra to defeat Alex Knight, with more than a liberal dose of help from PG13, and it begs the question: who else is going to show up in Orlando?
“It matters not,” says Kyle Andrews. “I have faith in our superiority.”
SWF High Stakes will be live on pay per view from Orlando, Florida.
