Is it possible to save a certian part of a song, so you don't have to make the edits every time? For example, starting a wrestler's theme music at the chorus of a song. If there is how do I go about doing that?
EDIT: Can the same be done for the custom name plates?

edit the song on Windows Movie Maker, then save it. It will save it as a .WAV, thus making it an audio file.

Yeah, as long as you have an audio editing program it should be fine. Just cut it up in the program, import it and overdub it in your editing suite.
Not quite sure what exactly you're asking about the namebars though...if you're concerned about length, you have the choice to adjust the time and duration of your namebar on-screen like every other clip you import in an editing program, but that's probably it.
