Okay that looked badass. I really hope all the new Revolution stuff is referring to some updates to the Creation Tools. I also really hope that the Ring Implosion is a cutscene in Story Designer.

I'm going to be brutally honest here: I'm not looking forward to WWE '13 very much if at all. I probably won't be getting it on release day unless there's something absolutely amazing or must-have about it.
Will it have create-a-belt?
Will create-an-arena include stages, ramps and aisles?
Will special referee mode return?
Could it go the NCAA Football "Teambuilder" route and allow for custom graphics? (pipe dream #1)
And will we finally be able to import/export CAWs and arenas from WWE '12? (pipe dream #2)
------ Hate to say it, but it's going to take a lot for me to get excited about '13.

it's going to take a lot for me to get excited about '13. I really don't trust the developers and publisher to deliver on their promises; too many years of buying into that from me.

I definitely won't be buying launch, like I have in the past. In fact, unless they offer something awesome, I'm thinking we need to go back to 2011. It's just too difficult to have good matches in 12, so 13 needs to be stellar, or we're not going to bother.

EVERYTHING Goldash said. Perfectly put my friend. Im not buying that game. It reminds me of NBA 2K12 in the sense that I dont think anything is different at all from its preceding game.

For those that had computer issues can probably relate to this (if you have a Mac, you probably can't relate):
WWE '12 = Windows Vista. WWE '13 (hopefully) will be the Windows 7. (Or 8, since that's coming out in a few months)

Yeah, for whatever reason I'm just not interested. The WWE series is almost like Madden and NCAA in a way...no competition so no real need to completely push the envelope feature-wise. I know additional real-time physics are always a good thing and if it's intriguing enough, I'll definitely consider it. As for right now, however, I'm probably going to stick with the unpatched '12.
However, my enthusiasm could change based on what features may be included...we'll see...I would've really loved that Laurinaitis cover, though. Johnny Ace is a true role model. PEOPLE POWER!

Personally, I'm pretty hyped. Maybe that's just the fanboy in me, but I like the concept they've got going for this year, what with the Attitude Era being the main focus. Also, I like the sound of the new presentation and the overhauled sound system. Commentary and crowd reaction has been a problem for years now, so hopefully they've made that much better. I'm hoping they've at least added some new scenes to Story Designer too, because last year they did absolutely nothing besides a few new crowd chants, I was disappointed to say the least.

Simple, put Lita in the game. I always wanted her in a WWE game ever since she retired. I think it's unfair how Trish, who I extremely admire fyi, is always in a few of the games but not Lita. I heard rumors how she was gonna be part of the Attitude Era roster, but I don't know... Also, THQ should bring back Special Referee and GM Mode. What do you want to see in the game yourself?

So, I don't know if anybody noticed, but WWE 13 confirmed Special Guest Referee Matches!! Finally! Do you think CAW shows will start having their own referees now? Now I can finally have distinct B2B ref's like I had hoped for too long. I like the WCW blue shirt w/ bow-tie look more than the striped shirts lol.
Also, not relevant, but wanted to apologize for recent lack of activity both on Youtube and on the Rantboard. My dad had unexpected surgery so I have been helping around the house a lot, lot more than I had planned. Episode One was finished, I just don't want to put it out if I won't be consistent.

Moved to the right section. Yeah, I do like the special ref feature, but it's still not enough for me to buy the game. Also I wonder if you can only use the special ref in a few matches only or all of them.
I hope your dad heals soon.

Sorry, didn't realize I had it in the wrong section And thank you, but he's doing just fine. He just can't move around much so I have to drive him to different doctors and what not. And that is a good point. I hadn't really thought about that.

Best wishes, B2B, I hope everything turns out well in your personal life.
The return of Special Referee matches is a great idea. CAW leagues can finally have their own referee crews with their own distinct personalities. HOWEVER --- that doesn't mean this is a day one purchase. It's great news, but nothing that makes me want to plop down 60.
Apparently there's a new "WWE Live" feature that substantially improves the arena atmosphere and audio during matches. Interesting, but nothing we really needed. I thought the crowd audio in WWE 12 was the best it's ever been, so it's not like it's something that drastically needed a facelift.
Could be interesting, though. But I don't see myself switching right away because we haven't done much of anything on WWE 12 yet...

Thank you Goldash, all will be fine, but still appreciated!
I do agree with you. It's also too hard to just keep recreating the same CAWs each year, especially with heavy reliance on paint tool. They really need a feature where you can carry over saved creations from one year to the next. One can only hope, I guess :/

They haven't really done much for the creation suite, the fact that we can't simply import our old designs is absolutely ridiculous. After their latest release I am very hesitant about picking up '13 - especially with the fact that they never really fixed the problems that twelve had. They had a semi-working server, and then broke it even more so and didn't fix it. Although, I won't lie, when I saw that they added a new Shining Wizard; I thought about buying it day one.

I have no plans to buy WWE '13. I was reluctant to make the switch from SVR 2011 to '12 and I don't see myself doing it again.
A few tweaks here and there are simply not worth it. The ability to customize the entrance way would have been nice for WWE '12 but that didn't happen.
Only thing I can say about WWE '13 is, it is hard to resist interest in the attitude era features. That was such a fantastic time in pro-wrestling but I question how much they could really bring into the game itself.
