I'm really leaning towards to starting Genesis Wrestling Society as a text-based E-Fed, which is cool considering that I love typing up role-plays and results, I just have a few questions to ask you to get it up and running: 1. Was the text-based URWL a spectators league then as well or did you except other member's CAWs for competition back then? 2. How did the text-based URWL operate, like how it went about doing things? 3. How did you get it noticed? 4. How you started it? I have a website made, it's still under-construction but here is what I have so far: reckless101.proboards59.com/index.cgiPlease reply ASAP. I would like to start before the weekend. Thanks.

Locked, because it would've been better if you posted your questions in your other thread on the topic. But I'll answer your questions anyway.
1. I accepted members back then.
2. I can't remember much, but I used to do most of the webmaster work, graphic design and event writing. I had a staff of some close friends but they didn't really provide any help with the technical aspect of the league. But they did moderate and did their fair share of roleplaying as "authority figures".
3. Back then, I did have some connections with other fed owners and wrestler handlers so it pays to really be connected. In the later days of the league, I joined an e-fedding community called Revolution Studios, which closed shortly after the UNW did. So, if a community like that still exists, seek it out.
4. I was influenced by the MWL, a league I used to be in as a wrestler/roleplayer in 1999, and decided to start my own league after that league temporarily closed down. I signed up a few of my close friends within the league who were interested and it expanded from there.
