TAG TEAM TURMOIL II: The Downfall Syndicate def. Merle & Hog and E.O.E. to WIN the vacant URWL Tag Team Titles.
(Match came around due to the passing of the "Turmoil Rule" into official URWL legislation, which stated that if the Tag Team Titles were ever vacated by a tag team, the belts would be up for grabs in a Tag Team Turmoil Match, the same match the belts were contested for in Episode 1. Since Barry White and Shane B. Perkins of the Self-Proclaimed Icons were both injured at the hands of URWL Champion !nterogative, URWL CEO Goldash007 made this match during a segment of CEO's Corner during Episode 4.)
"The Deuce" Seth Stern def. The Commander in a Steel Cage Match
(After Stern entered the ring, The Commander's theme music began to play normally but slowed down as soon as the introduction ended, dimming the lights in the arena. Soon afterward, Adolf Hitler's voice was heard over the HSBC Arena PA system as "Augen Auf" by OOMPH began to play. A blonde-haired, Nazi-sympathizing Commander then walked through the curtain, his bizarre intentions fully revealed as a religiously-insensitive gesture against Stern's Jewish heritage. Commander, who was later suspended after the match, seemed to officially turn heel as fans began to cheer for the normally-hated Stern. However, such fanfare was short-lived as Stern temporarily quit the URWL in reaction to Commander's gesture, thinking Goldash007 and the URWL conspired against him. Stern would later work several shows for DWA before returning at Digital Mayhem 2008. Ironically, Commander would eventually return from suspension the same night.)
!nterogative [C] def. Jaime Emo [C] by interference in a Title For Title Match, retained the URWL Championship and WON the URWL Internet Title.
(After Jaime Emo was poised to win the URWL Championship after landing the EMOtion and pinning !nterogative for a two-count, the lights in the HSBC Arena went out, blinding the audience for nearly ten seconds. Soon afterward, former URWL Champion and leader of dominant UNW stable IL MAFIA, Salvatore, returned, quickly turning the tables on the downed Jaime Emo with a vicious attack, much to the chagrin of the livid fans. After hitting his finisher, the Slam de Mambo Italiano, Salvatore quickly turned the match back over to !nterogative, who hit the Aftershock, pinned Emo and claimed both title belts. In a later press conference, !ntero gave Salvatore the Internet Title as a token of appreciation toward his new mentor. !ntero and Salvatore would later constantly victimize and attack Emo in the buildup to Digital Mayhem 2008.)

(GWN'S URWL DEBUT.)
Jesse Slash [C] def. Cecilia Rincón in a URWL Women's Rules Match and retained the URWL Women's Championship.
(CECILIA'S URWL DEBUT. SLASH'S FIRST TITLE DEFENSE. Slash began to dramatically change her appearance in this show as she slowly evolved into "The Cyberpunk" without Seth Stern's influence.)
URWL HARDKORE TITLE TOURNAMENT - QUARTERFINAL MATCH 4: Scorpion (replacing Merle Haggard Junior) def. Busiwa Tanao
(In an interview before the show, the jealous Scorpion claimed his text-era success with the Hardkore Title made him the greatest hardcore wrestler in URWL history, and that he'd find a way to get back in the tournament. Before the match, a security camera caught Scorpion sneak-attacking Haggard with a steel chair as he walked to the gorilla position. Scorpion then entered to Merle's theme music and ran to the ring, quickly dispensing of Tanao and illegally re-inserting himself into the Hardkore Title Tournament. URWL Hardkore Rules prohibit disqualification, so Scorpion's act was not punished by the URWL.)
BLOOD INVITATIONAL MATCH 1: Blood [C] def. Trent Tail and retained the URWL North American Championship
(Blood claimed he could beat anyone on the roster. The Blood Invitational, therefore was a series of matches against mystery opponents that would go on for as long as Blood held the URWL North American Championship BLOOD'S SECOND TITLE DEFENSE.)
CobrA [C] def. Fusion and retained the URWL HighFlyer Title
(CobrA's FOURTH TITLE DEFENSE.)

{Spoiler}Spoiler
Aleksandar "AK47" Kuleshov def. Busiwa Tanao
(The match that utlimately determined the Digital Mayhem retirement match between the only two winless wrestlers in the URWL at the time, Tanao and Trent Tail. Both had turned out disappointing performances and were thought to be on the last legs of their careers. But as URWL fans were about to see, both would have plenty left in the tank. As for Kuleshov, his generic attire and overreliance on kicks made him an instant target of the internet wrestling community.)
Shaun McAndrew (w/Kyle Stafford) def. Wes Tomerka (w/Adrien Carnage)
Kelsey MacDonald def. Cecilia Rincón and Hikari Nakamura to win the #1 Contendership of Jesse Slash's URWL Women's Championship at Digital Mayhem 2008
URWL HARDKORE TITLE TOURNAMENT - SEMIFINAL MATCH 1:
Scorpion def. Taurus by interference to advance to the HTT Finals at Digital Mayhem 2008
(Scorpion's brother and tag team partner, CobrA, ran into the ring from the audience and took Taurus out of the match, helping his brother advance - although we later found this wasn't really the case - and setting up a HighFlyer Title match between himself and Taurus at Digital Mayhem.)
BLOOD INVITATIONAL - MATCH 2: Blood [C] def. J.J. Brown and retained the URWL North American Championship.
(BLOOD'S THIRD TITLE DEFENSE.)
URWL HARDKORE TITLE TOURNAMENT - SEMIFINAL MATCH 2: Akina def. Fusion to advance to the HTT Finals at Digital Mayhem 2008
(Episode 6's main event was originally supposed to pit Jaime Emo against a wrestler of !nterogative's choice. !ntero selected URWL HighFlyer Victor Cordaro as an opponent in a mockery of Jaime Emo's wrestling ability and recent lack of success. Emo went on to demolish Cordaro in a match that never ended, as !nterogative intervened to stop the madness in the ring. An intense and determined Emo sprinted up the entrance ramp and hit !ntero with a DDT on the steel, before dragging the Champion to the ring for a one-on-one confrontation that ultimately ended in an EMOtion and Emo celebrating heading into Digital Mayhem, where he would face both Salvatore and !nterogative for a chance to win back his former Internet Title and the undefeated-yet-unfocused !ntero's URWL Championship.)

{Spoiler}Spoiler
Barry White (replacing Jaime Emo) def. Salvatore [C] to WIN the URWL Internet Title
(Originally promoted as Emo's first chance at direct redemption against Salvatore for his misfortune at Discontent 2007, Emo didn't even let the bell ring before he dropped the first huge bombshell of the evening. Emo gave Salvatore the middle finger and puzzlingly exited the ring. Suddenly, Barry White's music hit and the Sprint Center fans came unglued as the 18-Time URWL Champion came to the ring to reprise his Digital Mayhem 2003 contest and storied rivalry with the controversial Salv.)
Cecilia Rincón def. Hikari Nakamura
Aleksandar "AK47" Kuleshov def. Merle Haggard Jr.
(AK47 finally receives new attire. Finally.)
Trent Tail def. Busiwa Tanao, who must retire.
(Both wrestlers turn midway through the match, as Tanao uses desperate methods to attempt to continue his career while Tail wrestles the match of his career. After the match, Tail leads the fans in a chant of "na-na-na-na-hey-hey-goodbye" as Tanao leaves the ring. With an extremely well-fought match under his belt, Tail becomes an instant force in the HighFlyer Division and the URWL.)
"The Cyberpunk" Jesse Slash def. Kelsey MacDonald in a 20-Minute Endurance Match and retained the URWL Women's Championship
(SLASH'S SECOND TITLE DEFENSE.)
CobrA [C] def. Taurus through interference and retained the URWL HighFlyer Title
(CobrA's FIFTH TITLE DEFENSE. In what became known as the "Kansas City Screwjob", a hoodie-wearing, buzzcut-sporting Victor Cordaro disguised himself as a fan, jumped the railing and attacked Taurus with the referee apparently bribed and told of the interference beforehand. Cordaro's interference reignited the dormant feud and turned it into one of the URWL's most compelling stories on the road to Popular Demand.)
BLOOD INVITATIONAL MATCH 3: The Commander def. Fusion, Hog Williker and Blood [C] in an impromptu four-way dance to WIN the URWL North American Championship
(Blood, expecting to defend his belt against one opponent at Mayhem, was expecting to get an easy victory. Unfortunately, he didn't expect three opponents, much less the return of The Commander in red, white and blue. The fans seemed to forgive Commander for his major turn at Discontent 2007 against Seth Stern and cheered him on to eventually win the North American Championship with his new finisher, the Boot Camp Sleeper (BCS). Commander's victory proved that three times was definitely not charming for Blood or his ill-fated Invitational.)
The Downfall Syndicate [C] def. The Great White North in a Tag Team Ladder Match and retained the URWL Tag Team Titles.
(DFS's FIRST TITLE DEFENSE.)
HARDKORE TITLE TOURNAMENT FINALS: Akina def. Scorpion in a Freestyle Hardcore Match to WIN the URWL Hardkore Title - VOTED SEASON TWO'S MATCH OF THE YEAR
(This match made Akina a legitimate URWL force while turning Scorpion into a tough, resilient wrestler fans could rally around, regardless of affiliation. After all, the most notable moment of the match belonged to Scorpion after he suplexed Akina off a ladder, over the ring post and between the steel steps, in a moment that could have ended both wrestler's careers. Instead, it became the defining moment for a rising star and another memorable battle from a text-era iron man.)
Jaime Emo def. !nterogative [C] in a H*** in a C*** Match to WIN the URWL Championship
(Emo's long road to redemption culminated after throwing !nterogative off the roof of the cage and pinning the limp !ntero outside the ring to end !ntero's dominant winning streak and win the URWL Championship. After reveling in the moment and celebrating on top of the cage, Emo's music suddenly slowed and the lights went down. A strange theme song started to play, and within seconds, a refocused SETH STERN made his long-awaited return to the URWL, obviously still bitter over his loss to Emo at Asphyxiation 2007. Stern then climbed up to the top of the cage, and after a brief exchange, killed Emo's momentum by sending him plummeting through the cage in a twenty-foot fall to the mat with his Star of David finisher. Stern was back, and the URWL - and Jaime Emo - knew he was more ready to prove himself than ever before.)
URWL Wrestling: Episode 7 - First "Long-Form" EventBarry White (replacing Jaime Emo) def.
Consequently, the losers of each match would participate in a "loser's bracket match" and get a chance to make it to Popular Demand as a third team in a possible Tag Team Turmoil match.)
Trent Tail drew Victor Cordaro due to interference from Taurus
(Taurus was banned from intervening in any of Cordaro's matches by the URWL Staff, who were investigating the ramifications of the "Kansas City Screwjob". Because Taurus took matters into his own hands, Goldash007 and the URWL staff booked him in a 3-on-1 "Punishment" Match in Episode 8's main event, against not only Cordaro, but top URWL talents !nterogative and Seth Stern. The arrogant Cordaro, who debuted a new appearance at the show, called Taurus "hijo de puta" in retaliation for his intervention, and emphasized that he was under the staff's mercy until further notice.)
Aleksandar "AK47" Kuleshov def. Fusion, Blood and Salvatore to win the #1 Contendership of the URWL North American Championship.
(Kuleshov's win triggered a "new cold war" between the URWL's all-time greatest technical wrestler and the patriotic North American Champion in The Commander and the equally adept Russian MMA castoff and professional wrestling rookie, Kuleshov. This feud, therefore, would not just be abut nations. It would be a battle between a rookie and a veteran, as well as between the diverse realms of professional wrestling and mixed martial arts.)
URWL TAG TEAM MINI TOURNAMENT MATCH 2: E.O.E. def. The Great White North

Cecilia Rincón def. Kelsey MacDonald
Akina [C] def. Adrien Carnage in a URWL Hardkore Rules Match and retained the URWL Hardkore Title
(AKINA'S FIRST TITLE DEFENSE. After the match, an angered Blood assaulted a battle-weakened Akina with the ring bell, instantly becoming Akina's biggest test as Hardkore Champion.)
Seth Stern and !nterogative def. Jaime Emo and Barry White in a tag-team elimination match.
(After a hotly-contested opening act, !nterogative managed to wriggle out of Barry White's Love Clutch finisher and incapacitate White with a hard clothesline, taking White fully by surprise to get the win. Jaime Emo, however, used his speed and agility to his advantage and quickly eliminated !nterogative with the Emotional Sendoff. Seth Stern, however, was not about to let Jaime Emo run away with the contest as shortly afterward, Emo fell victim to another Star of David as Stern won the match for his team. Aleksandar "AK47" Kuleshov def. The Commander in a submission match and retained the URWL "Russian" Championship.

Akina [C] def. Scorpion in a URWL Hardkore Rules Match to retain the URWL Hardkore Title.
(AKINA'S FOURTH TITLE DEFENSE. Before the match, Akina offered to assist Scorpion in the aftermath of ScorpbrA's breakup, but Scorpion gave no answer. After a competitive rematch, their first since Digital Mayhem, Scorpion seemed to have the upper hand until Akina roared back and kept his 9-match undefeated streak alive. After the match, however, Cory Jones emerged from the crowd to attack Scorpion, who was in a compromising position following his loss. Suddenly, Akina turned around on his way to the stage and assisted Scorpion, setting up an eventual double-team attack that cemented an alliance between both men in the wake of the events of Popular Demand. Scorpion, after much speculation, had turned face, accepting the earned respect of former enemy Akina and the URWL fans.)
Jaime Emo [C] def. Seth Stern and retained the URWL Championship.
(EMO'S SECOND TITLE DEFENSE. Stern, before the match, made excuses for his loss at Popular Demand, saying Emo was a "gimmick match specialist" and that he'd never defeated Stern in a standard one-fall match. He was true, after all - Emo was winless against Stern in two one-fall matches in Season One. Obviously agitated, Stern fought with a valient effort, hitting three Stars of David. Unfortunately, each attempt to finish the match was thwarted by Emo, the most notable example being the final Star of David, which was reversed on a rope break on a cocky pin. Stern, once again, defeated himself in the clutch, as Emo quickly turned Stern's impulsive mistakes into a successful title defense. Equally as impulsive was Stern's desire for a rematch at Episode 9 instead of the next supercard; his loss in Episode 9 meant losing the #1 Contendership itself.)

Despite Merle's willingness to defend Barry White, he was no match for the youthful Perkins, whose blatant disregard for White's accomplishments fueled his intense attack. Haggard would later retire from wrestling after this match, but for reasons unrelated to this match's outcome.)
Aleksandar "AK47" Kuleshov def. The Commander in a submission match and retained the URWL "Russian" Championship.
(AK47'S FIRST TITLE DEFENSE. Before the match, Kuleshov illegally and unofficially renamed the North American Championship the "Russian" Championship, changing the color of the belt's strap red to match.)

After the commercial break, Jones continued his unruly assault --- this time in a sneak attack on his brother and former tag team partner, Scorpion.)
Jaime Emo [C] def. Fusion and retained the URWL Championship in a 2/3 Falls Match.
(EMO'S THIRD TITLE DEFENSE. With the score tied 1-1 after a hard-fought and even battle between both Emo and Fusion, Jaime's arch rival Seth Stern hit the ring, breaking up Emo's post-EMOtion pin, throwing Fusion out of the ring, hitting a Star of David and planning to cost Emo the match and his URWL Championship. However, Fusion, wanting a fair contest, didn't attempt a pin on Emo, instead attacking Stern and hitting the Fusion Focus on a stunned Stern outside the ring. Fed up with the outcome, Stern left ringside and the match continued...only for Emo to recover, hit the EMOtion and get the victory. After a post-match handshake between both men, Seth Stern emerged from the crowd, sliding into the ring and attacking Emo with a steel chair.
