just wondered what's up with all the release dates case in point svr09 and kung fu panda have sunday release dates I always thought tuesday was new release day for dvds and games, aside from theatrical released movies I know their dates fluctuate anyway just a thought hit me with some feedback !

If they're released on a different day of the week, it attracts attention to it, thus more sales. I don't understand why they do that though, because lets say a CD is released on a Friday (I.E. Metallica's "Death Magnetic") It lowers their sales numbers with the RIAA for that first week of sales, because to them the week ends on a Tuesday.

I'm thankful SVR2009 has a Sunday release date here in the States, honestly. I would've literally skipped school to get that game as early as possible.
