I've had some strange uploading problems but nothing affecting the site itself. They must've had some kind of system maintenance when you were trying to access the site. If not, try using a different browser (Firefox as opposed to IE), because that seems to work for me if certain sites aren't performing up to snuff.

I'm also having a very odd problem. If I go to the URWL channel, I can see the latest video but, if I click on the link to the videos page, the video doesn't load.
I'm on the latest version of flash & shockwave. I also made sure my java script is enabled and even turned off my firewall.

Yeah, YouTube has been acting screwy for the past month or so - various things have been acting up for me lately. For instance, I haven't been uploading videos using the standard uploader because it, for some reason, can't make it past the "connecting..." phase. I've used the "multi-video uploader" without a problem, however...strange...

I just downloaded FireFox and it's a whole lot better. God why did I even use IE? Any who to update on the problem I think the server I use to get on YouTube was down or something because it finally came up with something about "Internal Server Error please contact YouTube Webmaster." So thanks to those who recommended FireFox. ;D ;D ;D

Yeah, I gave up on IE a while back myself, simply because I think it loads pages a lot faster than IE while providing more security, since it doesn't directly integrate into Windows. With all of the extensions I think Firefox is the best choice out there.

i had that problem too and switch to Firefox and it worked fine. I've tried both Firefox and IE with the same result (hence the disabling of my firewall and virus program). The problem started after the last upgrade Youtube did on their site.

Only thing I could think of Crusher is to email YouTube and see what they say. They normally get back to you in 2 to 3 days.
